Apollo Programme
The Apollo Programme is a free, unique opportunity tailored for Year 12 Māori and Pacific high school students to build upon their knowledge of advanced mathematics, regardless of their current proficiency level.
The Apollo Programme is an annual event, offering a free tutor-based approach for students wanting to develop their understanding of advanced calculus topics.
Apollo provides a free service for those interested in receiving expert tutoring in a university setting, paving a clear pathway into Engineering at the University of Auckland.
Spaces in this programme are limited, so we encourage students to secure their spots as soon as possible.
The programme is committed to supporting and supplementing the outstanding work at existing schools and ensuring a seamless transition into academia.
It includes personalised guidance tailored to each student's needs and requirements, admission assistance consisting of clear step-by-step instructions with University applications, and first-hand University exposure as students are introduced to University life and receive insight into the Faculty of Engineering and the available opportunities.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

The previous 2022/23 Apollo group was a success. It ended with a five-day exam preparation wānanga during the holidays earlier this year. We anticipate welcoming them back to the University grounds in the coming years.
