Programme overview
The speed of technological change has created an increasing range of applications for Operations Research and Analytics. The Postgraduate Certificate in Operations Research and Analytics provides students with a taste of the field, and supplements their undergraduate backgrounds with theoretical fundamentals.
Core topics such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, operations research, and time series analytics are covered, so the PGCertOran additionally provides students with a direct pathway to further study in the research-based Master of Operations Research and Analytics.
Programme structure
The PGCertORAn is a 60-point taught programme. You’ll have to complete the following courses.

You must have completed a relevant Bachelor Honours degree in a relevant subject from this University with a Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher in 120 points above Stage III.

Fees are set in advance of each calendar year and will be updated on this website. Fees are inclusive of 15% GST, but do not include the Student Services Fee, course books, travel and health insurance, or living costs. Amounts shown are indicative only. In addition to the tuition fees, there is a Student Services Fee of $8.88 per point, estimated at $532.80 for full-time study (60 points). Fees will be confirmed upon completion of enrolment into courses.
