Waipārūrū Hall
Waipārūrū Hall opened its doors for the first time in 2020, and this exciting new residence is the largest fully-catered hall in New Zealand.
About the hall
Facility owned and operated by the University of Auckland
Located only a short walk to the centre of the City Campus, Waipārūrū Hall is home to 786 residents across two towers, and is our first residence to offer a new catering style with multiple food serving stations offering a variety of food from different cuisines. Residents also enjoy generous communal facilities including study spaces as well as games and recreation space.
The Accommodation management team and Resident Advisers arrange social and recreational events along with academic mentoring and study support sessions throughout the year to help you make friends and settle into student life.
The Resident Manager and Resident Advisers will live on-site, ensuring there is a duty person available 24 hours a day.
