Sarah Liu is the founder and managing director of The Dream Collective, an Asia Pacific (APAC) top 10 diversity and inclusion consultancy, which works with the world’s leading multinational companies to attract and advance diverse talent into their workforce.
Born in Taiwan, raised in New Zealand, studied (and won professional eating competitions!) in Japan and built her career in Australia. Sarah is a true global citizen with deep market knowledge, business networks and commercial understanding.
Sarah has been recognised as a University of Auckland 40 Under 40 Business Leader in 2021, awarded one of the Most Influential Asian-Australian in 2019 and nominated as 100 most influential women in Australia. She represented Australia in the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance for 3 consecutive years and has presented on global platform UN Women and at the Women in Tech Global Summit.

With a background in occupational therapy and education, Liudmyla is a keen explorer of all things career development, coaching, and positive psychology.
