University of Auckland Kōkiri Raumati Scholarship
A Scholarship for students taking part in the Summer Start, Tōia ki Waipapa and UniBound programmes beginning in January 2025.
The Scholarship is awarded in two Tiers:
Tier 1
- accommodation in a single room in Grafton Hall for the duration of Summer School 2025
- compulsory fees for enrolment in either the Summer Start, Tōia ki Waipapa or UniBound programme
Tier 2
- compulsory fees for enrolment in either the Summer Start, Tōia ki Waipapa or UniBound programme

Zonta International offers the Amelia Earhart Fellowship, established in 1938 in honor of famed pilot and Zontian, Amelia Earhart. The US$10,000 Fellowship is awarded annually to up to 30 women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace engineering and space sciences. Students must be enrolled full-time in a Ph.D./doctoral program and have completed at least one year of that program or have received a masters degree in an aerospace-applied field at the time the application is submitted. AIMES Awards, AIMES Emerging Talent Awards and AIMES Scholarship Awards
The acronym AIMES stands for: The ARTS, INNOVATION (Science & Technology), MUSIC, EDUCATION (Academic Excellence), SPORT; and SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
The North Harbour Club & Charitable Trust awards grants annually through the AIMES Awards to outstanding young people, aged 13 to 25, who are achieving excellence in these fields. To apply you must have lived, worked or trained in the North Harbour region and/or can demonstrate a strong affiliaion with the region for a period of not less than three calendar years.
