Late enrolment
To apply for a late enrolment, you must complete the Application to Enrol in or Substitute a Course Late (AS-70a) form.
Withdrawal
To apply for a withdrawal, you must complete the Course Withdrawal (AS-70b) form.
Senate Approval of Suspension from Enrolment
To apply for a suspension from enrolment for Masters, Bachelors (Honours) degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas and Postgraduate Certificates, please complete the Application for Senate Approval of Suspension from Enrolment (AS-502) form.
Senate Approval of Extension of Time
To apply for an extension to a research course enrolment for Masters, Bachelors (Honours) degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas, please complete the Application for Senate Approval of Extension of Time (AS-503) form.
