Contacts and information sources
Being able to communicate is vital in an emergency, and having a modern mobile phone is an extremely useful tool. Mobile phones allow you to summon help, tell your loved ones that you are OK, and can keep you informed about what is going on in a large-scale
emergency.
Please save the various numbers below to your phone before an emergency, along with the apps that you think will be of use to you.
Note: Experience has shown that mobile phone networks can be quickly overloaded in a large-scale emergency, so users should only use voice calls for contacting emergency services. It is best to communicate with loved ones via text or through an app.
