HACKDAY Digital Services

Digital Services has supported HACKDAY for the last 6 years, holding 11 innovative events, with over 400 staff participating and 109 projects completed.  HACKDAY is a 36 hour intensive sprint to showcase innovative ideas to improve, fix or introduce something that will improve the University’s service, environment or/and customer experience.  It provides an immersive, collaborative and supportive environment for the teams to focus on these projects without the everyday work distractions. 

Many of the innovative HACKDAY ideas are now in production providing enhancements to the University’s services.
