Subscribe to the iCalendar to get the University academic dates in your Outlook calendar or on your mobile device.
What is iCalendar?
iCalendar (.ics), often referred to as iCal, is a standard format for calendar data exchange that enables users to create and share electronic calendars.
Instructions for subscribing to iCalendar
Outlook
An Internet Calendar subscription is a calendar that you can download and view in Outlook. Internet Calendar subscriptions are updated automatically whenever the Calendar publisher makes a change.
You cannot subscribe via the Outlook desktop application. To subscribe, login to Microsoft Office online with your University account.
- Go to the Calendar view.
- Select Add Calendar in the side menu and then Subscribe from web.
- Enter the webcal address below, add a name for the Calendar, select Other calendars in the dropdown menu (recommended), and then click Import.
- The Calendar will be imported and will also appear in the desktop version. Outlook will check periodically for any updates made by the publisher.

Google Calendar
- Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars.
- Select Add by URL from the menu.
- Enter the full url (below) in the provided field.
- Click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.

Smartphones
You may also be able to subscribe to the iCalendar via an iPhone (directly) or Android phone (using Google Calendar). Refer to the specific instructions for your phone.

Document Description: Use the link below if you prefer to download the ICS file and install it from your computer. Once you have downloaded the ICS file, double-click it and Outlook should open a dialog box allowing you to import it. As this file is installed from a local source it is not a subscription and you will need to download another version when the Calendar is updated in the future.
