The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage, support and promote academically able students to undertake postgraduate research with a focus on adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients with a diagnosis of a life threatening illness such as cancer and the impact that living with chronic illness and complex needs may have on the lived experience (psychosocial wellbeing) of AYA patients and their families.
