CALM - Computer Assisted Learning for the Mind

This site is provided by the University’s Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. It has tools and advice for managing depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol and drugs.

CADS offers a range of free alcohol and drug counselling information and support services. It offers live online counselling, and includes services for Māori, Pacific Islanders and Asian people.
