Issue with My Timetable

We are aware that some students are unable to see their scheduled classes or recent changes to your classes in My Timetable. This issue is specific to the My Timetable application and does not affect your enrolment.

You can still view the most up-to-date version of your timetable in Student Services Online.

The issue is proving to be considerably more difficult to resolve than was anticipated, and we continue to work with our vendor. This notice will be updated again on Wednesday 26 March.

We apologise about the length of time it is taking to resolve the issue, and thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We also apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
