Summer Stays Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The competition is open to residents who are 18 years or older and have stayed at our accommodation. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.
How to Enter: To enter, email your photo to whatson@auckland.ac.nz
Prize: Two winners will receive one $50 Westfield voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Photo Usage: By submitting your photo, you grant the University of Auckland permission to use your image in marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, newsletters and social media channels.
Consent for Featured Individuals: By entering, you confirm that anyone featured in the photo has given their consent to be included in the submission and to have their image used in the competition and related marketing materials.
Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at our discretion, based on the quality and relevance of the photo. We reserve the right not to select a winner if no suitable entries are received. We do not accept responsibility for ensuring that individuals featured in the submitted photos have consented to their image being entered into the competition. We are not liable for any claims, disputes, or issues arising from a lack of consent for the use of such images.
Closing Date: The competition closes on 12 February 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
Notification: The winner will be contacted via email by 17 February 2025. If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
The University of Auckland reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Privacy: Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Agreement: By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
