Centre for Genomics, Proteomics and Metabolomics

Purpose: The University of Auckland Centre for Genomics and Proteomics is a hub for research and teaching of Genomics, Proteomics and Bioinformatics. We undertake DNA sequencing, genotyping and gene expression analysis, as well as a full range of proteomic and mass spectrometric services including 2-D electrophoresis, HPLC, small molecule elucidation peptide mass fingerprinting, sequencing and quantitative proteomics.
