How to update your personal and address details

With Student Services Online, you can quickly update your personal details whenever you choose.

The University's main form of direct communication with you is by email, so it's vital that you make sure the email address you have provided to us, or used as a redirection from your student email, is always up to date.

Instructions

  1. Sign into Student Services Online.
  2. Click the Personal details tile, in the middle of the first row of tiles on your home page. The Personal details section will appear.
  3. Click the tab of the details you need to update.
  4. Sign in and update your personal details now.

Verified details

Verified details (such as your name) cannot be changed online. To change your verified details, please call the University on 0800 61 62 63 or +64 9 373 7513, or email admission@auckland.ac.nz.

Change of address

We post all correspondence to the mailing address you listed when you submitted your application. You must keep your contact details updated, otherwise you may not receive important information such as your acknowledgement letter, offer letter, fee invoices, Student ID card, or graduation information.

How to change your address online

  • If your mailing address is incorrect or out of date, you can easily amend it by clicking 'Update my personal details' on Student Services Online.
  • Alumni can update their details online via the Alumni website.
