Our International Student Support Team recognises the pressures that students face when studying overseas. We are here to assist you with any non-academic questions you may have, or challenges you may face, during your time at the University of Auckland.

Meet the International Student Advisers
Our International Student Advisers are experienced in assisting international students with challenges during their time at the University. Our team usually works Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Have you downloaded the UoA Alert app? It is the official emergency and safety app of the University of Auckland. It has a lot of useful numbers for students to reach out for support 24/7.
