A $4,000 Scholarship to support a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident entering Part II of an LLB or LLB conjoint programme, who is the first in their family to attend university.

The Scholarship was established in 2021 and is funded by an endowment by Brookfields Lawyers of Auckland.

The main purpose of the Scholarship is to assist a student entering Part II of a Bachelor of Laws who is the first member of their family to attend university, and who, because of financial hardship, may not otherwise be able to undertake a university degree.
