The main purpose of the Prize is to reward excellence in creative practice for Pacific students in Creative Writing, Dance, Drama, Fine Arts, Screen Production, or Music, who have the potential to have a positive impact on the creative capital of Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific region, based on a holistic view of the student’s practice.
