A $5,000 Scholarship to support a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident enrolled full-time in Year 3 of a BProp or BProp conjoint degree, including PROPERTY 370 Building Surveying.

The Scholarship was established in 2021 and is funded by the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS), a national body of skilled, professional building consultants.

The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support excellence in the study of property, particularly building surveying.
