2024
- The New Zealand Centre for Law and Business celebrated the launch of two new books: International Tax at the Crossroads, edited by Craig Elliffe, and Rethinking Unjust Enrichment, edited by Warren Swain and Sagi Peari. International Tax and the Crossroads provides an in-depth assessment of the key issues impacting the taxation of cross-border transactions. Rethinking Unjust Enrichment collects a range of views which question the dominant position of the unjust enrichment movement, accommodating a broad range of voices.

New Affiliation for the New Zealand Centre for Law and Business.
- The New Zealand Centre for Law and Business is affiliated with the Z-inspection® initiative.
- Z-Inspection® is a holistic process for evaluating the trustworthiness of AI-based technologies at different stages of the AI lifecycle. In particular, it focuses on identifying and discussing ethical issues and tensions through the development of socio-technical scenarios.
- The process has been published in the IEEE Transactions on Technology and Society.
- Z-Inspection® is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons License (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike CC BY-NC-SA).
- Z-Inspection® is listed in the new OECD Catalogue of AI Tools & Metrics.
