Visiting our campuses
Being here is amazing. Find out first hand with a campus tour.
City Campus Tours
You are welcome to join one of our general City Campus tours, which are available at select times throughout the year. These tours are led by members of our Student Hub team and cover the main buildings and student areas on campus to give you a feel of what it’s like to be a student.
You are also very welcome to walk through the City Campus yourself at any time, and if you have any questions you can visit the Student Hub.
Please note: City Campus are not available for the holiday break, but will return when the University reopens in the new year.
Halls of Residence tours
To view our Halls of Residence email accom@auckland.ac.nz to receive the Tour Booking Form link. Once you have completed this we will confirm whether your requested date and time is possible.
Tours can be requested for Tuesday and Fridays from 2.30 - 5.30pm. Tours are every half hour but need to be pre-booked. There is no guest parking at any of the residences.
The University Open Day is at the end of August each year, and is a great opportunity to visit every hall and residence and get a taste for what life in University Accommodation is like.
Tours are only offered on the above mentioned days and times to minimise disruption to residents in their homes. We do not offer tours on mornings, weekends or during University exams periods.
Tours of our other campuses
We do not currently offer tours at Grafton campus.
You are welcome to come and visit the campuses, and direct any questions you might have to our on-site Student Hubs.
