Generative Artificial Intelligence Survey

All current University of Auckland students are invited to complete this survey. This is a one-off anonymous survey.

Survey opening date: Monday 9 September 2024
Survey closing date: Monday 23 September 2024

Purpose of survey: Generative Artificial Intelligence or Gen-AI is technology that is used to generate text, images, data, and videos in response to specific prompts. This survey aims to enhance the University’s understanding of students’ usage and view of Gen-AI in their learning journey. Results will be discussed with senior managers, teachers and students to inform policy changes that have an impact on student experience. The survey is anonymous and should take around 10 minutes to complete.
