Providing feedback
University Health and Counselling Services (UHCS) are committed to providing a student-focussed service to enhance our students wellbeing and optimise academic success. Providing feedback is extremely valuable and helps us to continually improve our service.
How to provide feedback
If you are concerned about any aspect of the service you received we encourage you to report this.
You can provide physical feedback via the feedback box in the reception area of our City Campus Medical Centre. Alternatively, you can fill out our online feedback form which goes directly to the General Manager of University Health and Counselling Services.
The feedback process is outlined below:
- Complete this form with as much information as possible
- Our team will confirm receipt of your feedback within two working days. Your feedback will then be investigated, which may involve contacting you to obtain further information if required
- We aim to have an outcome resolved as soon as possible, but within 21 working days of completion of the feedback form
- If additional time is required to investigate, you will be advised and updated on the progress.

Form submissions go directly to the General Manager of University Health and Counselling Services. The information you provide will be confidential and only released to relevant staff or management.
