Fees and refunds for late deletions
There are no application fees for late deletions.
You will be required to pay for any outstanding tuition fees before an approved late deletion can be processed.
There is only one letter sent detailing if your application has been approved or declined and any outstanding fees that need to be paid.
Your late deletion cannot be processed until these fees have been cleared.
Eligibility for partial refund of your tuition fees
Eligibility for a partial refund of tuition fees depends on the date you submit your application for a late deletion.
The dates by which you are eligible to receive a partial refund are strictly applied under the Enrolment and Programme Regulations.
The dates listed in the table below are when your application must be received by. These dates are not related to the date(s) of when exceptional circumstances started to affect your studies.

Please note
- You will not receive a refund or credit of your Student Services Fee.
- Any course fees not eligible for a refund remain payable and must be paid before a late deletion can be processed.
Other factors that affect your application will not be taken into account when confirming the amount you may receive as a refund or credit.
