We offer personal academic advice and assistance to plan and complete your programme of study for an honours degree, postgraduate certificate or diploma, masters or doctorate in Education. Selected courses within our range of qualifications can be completed online. Some online courses include a few on-campus days that postgraduate students may need to travel to Auckland to attend.

Postgraduate research

Depending on your research area, supervision of your research thesis or dissertation can be undertaken by an academic staff member based at Tai Tokerau Campus or by distance with an Auckland-based supervisor.

The Faculty of Arts and Education also offers many courses as 'block' or 'selected dates' at the City Campus in Auckland, meaning rather than having to attend a weekly lecture, you only need to travel a few times to Auckland to complete the course. These courses are often during the school holidays and weekends. Courses usually also require independent study outside of on-campus dates.
