Drug delivery systems
Research aims
Research in this theme aims at improving the safety and therapeutic effectiveness of medicines through development of different drug delivery systems to be administered through various routes. The research in this area also focuses on applications of novel pharmaceutical technology to overcome biological barriers and obstacles for the delivery of small and large bioactive molecules such as protein, peptides, hormones, siRNA and genes.
