Institutional barriers to care for kaimahi hauora. Your voice matters!
We are looking for healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses or allied health practitioners who are currently practicing and have a regular contact with patients as a part of their job) to take part in our research to understand how organisational factors influence provision of care.
What's involved?
Participation involves completing an anonymous 20-minute online questionnaire. You will also have the chance to put your name into a draw to win an iPad mini.
Your participation in this study could help in advocating for better institutional environments for healthcare practitioners like you.

Eligibility criteria
You are eligible to participate in the study:
- You are a practicing healthcare professional in Aotearoa/New Zealand
- Your job involves direct patient contact
- You are over 18 years old
- You can complete a brief questionnaire in English
- You have 20 minutes to complete this research
Māori professionals are especially encouraged to apply as we strive to achieve equal Māori voice.
