Want to know how your baby is hearing?
Can babies tell the difference between dissimilar sounds? Our study seeks to improve infant hearing tests.
What's involved?
This study uses a proven method in a new way to look at infant brain activity involved in sound discrimination. The method uses a few small adhesive sensors placed around the head to give an early indication of hearing ability. This technique has the potential to support developmental speech and language milestones by refining hearing aid validation for infants with hearing loss.
Parent(s)/caregiver(s) will receive a petrol voucher worth $20 at the end of the session to help pay for any travel costs and as an offer of appreciation for their child taking part in the study.
