Postgraduate Law course enrolment, withdrawal and deletion policy

Please check the Postgraduate law timetable carefully on what type of course (i.e., part, full, intensive, double semester) you intend to enrol in. If you wish to enrol in a course late, please visit your nearest Student Hub. A hub adviser will be able to discuss your enrolments with you and provide the appropriate form to submit. Please note that Late enrolments are not guaranteed.

• You can enrol in, add or delete full- and part-semester courses, without penalty, on Student Services Online up until the Friday of the second week of each semester. 
• You are able to withdraw from these courses until the third week before the end of lectures. However, tuition fees are not refundable in these cases, and a "withdrawal" will appear on your academic record. 
• In the event of exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances preventing you from successfully completing your course, you may be eligible to apply for a Late Deletion. The deadline to apply is the last day of lectures.

• You can enrol in, add or delete from intensive postgraduate law courses up until the Monday four weeks prior to the commencement of the intensive course without penalty. 
• You can withdraw from an intensive course. However, tuition fees are not refundable in these cases, and a “withdraw” will appear on your academic record.
• In the event of exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances preventing you from successfully completing your course, you may be eligible to apply for a Late Deletion. The deadline to apply is the last day of lectures for the semester as listed on: Important dates

• The points for the withdrawn course will still count towards your total for the qualification. Check that the withdrawal does not put you at risk of note exceeding the maximum number of points.
