About the company:

CPMC is a property consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand. The company was founded 10 years ago by Martin Russell & Jonathan Williams, who have great market reputation in development management, and we have been growing our business rapidly, especially over the past few years. We work closely with a diverse range of partners, specialising in project and development management. Our projects vary from residential, commercial, education and infrastructure. We have 11 team members including site managers and we work closely among team members in a collaborative approach. We would like to build the business together while we support our team members to reach their full potential as a property professional. 

Role description:

Assistant Project Manager (Junior Project Manager) will assist PM’s and Directors to deliver property development management and project management with a range of clients and projects. APM will be responsible to assist with the full development lifecycle including establishment, design management, procurement & tendering process, earthwork/ civil works, landscaping and construction management, settlement & close-out management. 

Key skills:

The key requirement of the job will be:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Property or relevant field
- Concise & logical documentation skill
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Pro
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to deal with all stakeholders in projects including clients, consultants, contractors
- Critical skills to solve problems in project delivery
- Strong organisational skills to priortise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in property project management, construction and property development is appreciated but not necessary
- The most important quality will be your passion and can-do attitude.
