Role Description:

 If you love numbers, Accounting is for you! As a valued member of our Finance and Accounting team, being analytical and meticulous are key skills. You’ll have exposure to a variety of responsibilities across the department, which will include assisting the business with preparation of monthly financial reports/budgets, working closely with department managers to manage their costs for jobs/departments and contributing to continuous improvement in accounting efficiency using effective management control tools.

Our Graduate Programme commences in February 2026 and as a Graduate, you will be embarking on a 2-year journey of learning, growth, and practical application of your education. This programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to different aspects of our business, and the opportunity to develop essential skills and competencies.   • A tertiary qualification (Bachelor) majoring in Accounting.

Dates of the internship are November 2025 to February 2026. There will be a rotation of 6 weeks in Business Advisory and 6 weeks in the Audit service line. That way you can make an informed decision on what service line you would like to pursue in the future. If you are already certain of the service line you want to be in that's great! We still recommend you try this programme and you can walk away with exposure to the range of CA jobs available to you. If you are in the Tax service line you will complete the entirety of your internship in that team. The internship includes two 'shadow a leader' days, one in each service line, where you can interact directly with either a manager or director for the full day.
