The Department of Property at the University of Auckland Business School places great importance on engagement and partnerships with the wider property industry. These partnerships inform and enrich our department's research, teaching and student experience.
Despite the challenges of the past couple of years and the continued impacts of the global pandemic, our partners have continued to contribute to the department's work. Of particular note are those who have made the generous decision to establish new property student scholarships.
Keystone Vital Healthcare Scholarship
A $5,000 scholarship for New Zealand citizens or permanent residents enrolling full-time in Year Two or Year Three of a BProp or associated conjoint degree. This scholarship is financed by Vital Healthcare, a major partner for the Keystone Trust, and is designed to support students in the successful completion of tertiary study.

Keystone Pink Beluga School Leaver Property Scholarship
A $5,000 scholarship for school leavers for up to three years of a BProp or associated conjoint study. This scholarship is funded by Pink Beluga, a property development and management company that is also a significant partner for the Keystone Trust.

Oyster Property Group Scholarship
A $5,000 scholarship for New Zealand citizens or permanent residents enrolling in Year Two or Year Three of a BProp or BProp conjoint degree. This scholarship is financed by Oyster Property Group, a New Zealand commercial property and fund manager.

Cheryl Macaulay Foundation Scholarship
A $5,000 scholarship for New Zealand citizens and permanent residents intending to enrol in the first year of a BProp or BProp conjoint degree for the following year. This scholarship was established by the Cheryl Macaulay Foundation, a registered charity created by property syndication company Silverfin Capital Limited in honour of their founder Cheryl Macaulay, and her passion for the industry.

NZIBS Scholarship in Building Surveying
A $5,000 scholarship to support students enrolled full-time in Year Three of a BProp or BProp conjoint degree, including PROPERTY 370 Building Surveying. Funded by the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors, this scholarship is designed to support excellence in the study of property with a particular focus on building surveying.
Krukziener Properties Scholarship
A scholarship of up to $5,000 for students undertaking Year Three of a BProp or BProp conjoint degree, funded by Krukziener Properties, to encourage and reward excellence in this field of study.
