Our research

We conduct interdisciplinary research on a wide range of Korea-related topics. Our previous projects have explored the globalisation of Korean popular culture, consumer behaviour in Korea, acculturation and identity among Korean New Zealanders, ethnic Korean music in China and Japan, and the language challenges faced by foreign migrants in South Korea.
